• KVM8-US (10.10.14.2 via KVM4) — PostgreSQL host
• psql session: psql -h 10.10.14.2 -U claude_user -d claude_conversations

If settings lost (cleared cache/new device), restore:
• General: Remote Backend → https://devpath.fokawi.com
• Project DB: 10.10.14.2 / claude_conversations / framework / claude_user
• Notes DB: 10.10.14.2 / claude_conversations / claude_user
Test Project DB button should go green.

Check right panel for last session's notes. Identify any blockers, open decisions, or checkpoint notes that need follow-up.

Load Claude.ai project. Verify project knowledge files are accessible. Confirm context from previous session (check transcript/summary). Brief Claude on today's objectives.

Review Project Cockpit (task.fokawi.com). Identify 2-3 items for today. Consider: what's blocked? What has momentum? What's the external client deadline?

Add a checkpoint note to operational-ui via Project Cockpit:
